Come and join Lauryn Brown for a cardio jam session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Lauryn is a lifelong lover of movement and exercise. She believes that workouts can and should be fun, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone, and it’s never too late to start loving your body. She lives in Vista and teaches Pound Fit classes at EoS Oceanside. She enjoys spending her free time with her kids and dogs and is proud to be part of the Girl Power movement being driven by Super Girl.
